I'm passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry by supporting  Dr.’s, Nurses, General Practitioners, etc., to find fulfillment in their work. Develop a recovery plan after work to leave work at work, prevent burnout, and support them in their overall well-being, ultimately stabilizing the talent pool and empowering better healthcare.

I help my clients find purpose in their transition. We can miss what is being cultivated in us, and feel like our life is on pause as the pain of transition can blind us even to what the future holds.

I'm also a writer's coach and offer workshops on 'How to write and publish your own book.' Your life story and what you have experienced prepared you for the ones you are called to. There is a saying, "Each person has a book in them." The ones you are called to are waiting. And it’s my passion to empower, encourage, and support you along the way.
